1. If a student is unable to start the class, a 100% cancellation refund can be requested no more than 14 days from the purchase date if no class materials have been accessed. Reimbursement will be made using the same form of payment used for the purchase. If you access the class materials, you are not entitled to a refund due to cancellation.

2. While every effort is made to avoid changes to the program, Brette Sember retains the right to cancel or withdraw any class. If for any reason we cancel a course, the class fee will be refunded in full.
